The Messenger (PBUH) said, “Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Fire of Hell, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without his reward being diminished at all."(Ibn Khuzaymah)

Rewards for good deeds are multiplied many times over during Ramadan. Seek the blessings of this holy month by providing food for those who are fasting.

Zakat applicable

$152 – Provide a family food parcel in Pakistan.

$138 – Provide a family food parcel in Syria or Yemen.

$282 – Provide a family in Gaza with iftars for the entire month of Ramadan. Each food parcel contains over 30 kilograms of essentials, including rice, sugar, bulgur, tomato paste, oil, beans, chickpeas, lentils, pasta, powdered soup, tuna, tahini, canned fruit, preserved cheese, honey, and powdered juice.

With so many families struggling this year, we will distribute your iftar donations as food parcels or hot meals wherever they are most needed across 18 countries, using nutritious, locally tailored ingredients.

If you cannot donate an entire food parcel or prefer your iftar to go where it is most needed, please contribute to this fund. We will combine your donation with others to ensure the most vulnerable families receive nourishing iftars this Ramadan.

What does an iftar provide?

Each hot meal will include Ramadan staples such as dates, vegetables, rice, and bread, along with meat, ensuring a nutritious meal for those in need.

Our food parcels weigh an average of 37 kilograms and include staples like sugar, rice, and flour, as well as local favorites such as chickpeas, lentils, tea, milk powder, or pasta.
