Our Work So Far
Since October 9, we have provided:
Homes, mosques, schools, and farmland have all been bombed, as the very foundations of society have been targeted.
These bombings were preceded by a total blockade on aid, fuel, and electricity into Gaza, drastically intensifying the suffering and crippling the community’s ability to cope. We must act now to prevent hunger and starvation in Gaza and to help doctors manage the overwhelming number of injuries. Families in Gaza are depending on us to step up and support them this Ramadan.
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Whoever draws nearer (to Allah) by performing any of the (optional) good deeds in (this month) shall receive the same reward as performing an obligatory deed at any other time," (Ibn Khuzaymah).
Give Comfort Amid Destruction
It is impossible to overstate the scale of destruction that continues to ravage Gaza. People who were just beginning to recover are once again being displaced, wounded, traumatized, and killed.
Our hot meals and food parcels are helping families break their fast amid these unsafe conditions. As the ummah, it is our duty to provide them with at least this basic security—a meal to break their fast.
We are continuing to communicate with our colleagues at Al Awda Hospital to assess the most urgent needs. Our health center in northern Gaza supports around 3,750 people each month, with 10 outpatient clinics. Only 11 out of Gaza’s 36 hospitals are functioning in any capacity, and the few remaining hospitals are struggling to treat patients due to shortages of medicine, anesthesia, doctors, and equipment.
Help us provide shelter to displaced families, offering them a private space after months of living communally without privacy.
Our hygiene kits will help families stay clean and prevent the spread of disease. We must act now to prevent the devastation and ripple effects of bombings that we witnessed last year. Donate now to help us avert malnutrition, dehydration, and the spread of diseases.
Save lives this Ramadan.
Working with our partners Jordan’s Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), we shipped 5 planes and 3 containers of humanitarian aid, including winter clothing from Jordan to our warehouse in Gaza.
We provided winter clothing to displaced families struggling to stay warm in Gaza.
The Human Appeal Desalination Plant, the largest in Rafah governorate, is now operational, benefitting over 30,000 local inhabitants with improved water quality in the aftermath of recent displacement.
Our medical shipment reached Gaza and we were able to distribute critical medical supplies to Aouda hospital.
Amidst this crisis, Human Appeal is making a difference. Our Water Desalination Plant, the largest in Rafah Governorate, is now operational. Located in the Eastern Gaza Strip, it produces 57,000 litres of clean water every hour.
We continued to distribute hundreds of food parcels and hygiene kits to displaced Palestinians seeking shelter in the central Gaza.
We delivered food parcels, baby formula, nappies/diapers, and other essential items to the paediatric and intensive care departments at Nasser Hospital in South Gaza.

We're the only charity delivering 3x3 metre fire-resistant and waterproof tents in 29 UN sheltered schools.

Eid Al-Fitr - Human Appeal distributed hundreds of Eid packs to children in Gaza, including 744 toys and 334 boxes of cookies, and carried out activities to lift the spirits of children.
Human Appeal has been providing mobile clinic services in Gaza, with the clinic visiting a different shelter school each week, providing treatment to displaced families that cannot access healthcare.
We provided 47, 835 hot meals in the first 10 days of Ramadan.
We provided 3,631 food parcels in the first 10 days of Ramadan.
We distributed 194,118 hot meals in the second 10 days of Ramadan.

With over 32 years of experience in Gaza, we have the expertise and determination to navigate through barriers, source supplies locally, and deliver critical aid to those in need. Even as the war on Gaza continues, our heroic staff in Gaza is able to run incredible projects.
During Ramadan, we helped over 700,000 people, and we delivered your Qurbani to almost 17,000 people, despite the siege and closed borders. Over the past year, we’ve begun the process of sponsoring 4,000 new orphans in Gaza, and we’ve delivered hot meals to over 2 million people.
