As families return to their homes, they are confronted with destruction, rubble, trauma, and the stress of rebuilding their lives. Ninety-two percent of homes have been damaged or destroyed. This Ramadan, help Palestinians reclaim the futures that have been taken from them.
Donate to support the provision of innovative shelter—an insulated modular home measuring 5 by 3 meters, created from a shipping container. Each home preserves privacy and dignity, providing a family with a space to gather, sleep, wash, and live together.
Every home features a window, a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, a large kitchen sink, lighting, and power sockets. Water is distributed to the kitchen and bathroom from a tank that the family can refill, along with electrical connections that bring comfort to families displaced by the brutal bombings that have decimated ninety-two percent of all homes.
Currently, Human Appeal is the only charity offering this robust, sustainable shelter.
