When the Messenger (ﷺ) was asked what Qurbani is, he answered, “It is the Sunnah of your father Ibrahim. For every hair of the Qurbani you receive a reward from Allah.” (Al-Tirmidhi)

$175 – provide fresh nutritious meat to families struggling with hunger in Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Yemen. Last year, one Qurbani share provided an average of 55 nutritious meat-based meals.

Donate your Qurbani to help people facing extreme hunger in Yemen and Afghanistan, and families still recovering from the devastating floods in Pakistan, including Kashmir. Reap the blessings of this act of worship in best 10 days of the year.

“There are no days more beloved to Allah that He be worshiped in them than the ten days of Dhul Hijjah.” (Tirmidhi)

Marginalisation, inequality, and hunger

For the fifth year in a row, the number of hungry people across the world has increased. Crisis after crisis has pushed a staggering 282 million people into deep hunger – a total of 24 million more people than the year before.

In Afghanistan, 6 million vulnerable people – most of them children- are on the verge of starvation after decades of violence. A record 28.3 million people need humanitarian help, and 875,000 are acutely malnourished and need food and treatment now.

Families with widows and orphans are disproportionately affected and each year we focus on supporting these marginalized families in Pakistan, where we’ll also be supporting survivors of the devastating 2022 floods.

In Yemen, seven years of crisis and conflict have pushed families to the brink. Two in every three Yemenis need humanitarian help and severe malnutrition among children is at the highest level ever recorded, and almost half of all displaced families don’t have enough food.

Donate to our $175 Qurbani Group and we’ll perform your Qurbani in Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Yemen, depending on the need in each community. By dividing our Qurbani donation options into groups, we’re centring the needs of the local people while maintaining different, affordable donations options to suit every budget.

Reviving a Sunnah of the beloved Messenger (ﷺ)

$350 – continue the Sunnah of giving two Qurbani sacrifices in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Yemen and spread the reward and blessings. Give one Qurbani as your own charity, and one on behalf of the ummah who can’t afford to give – just as the Messenger (ﷺ) used to do. Help us to revive this beautiful Sunnah.

The Messenger of Allah said, “Whoever revives a Sunnah of mine that dies out after I am gone, he will have a reward equivalent to that of those among the people who act upon it, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest…” (Ibn Majah)

Don’t miss out on the blessed rewards of Dhul Hijjah, the most blessed 10 days of the whole year. The Messenger of Allah likened each night of these 10 days to Laylatul Qadr, since they are filled with Allah’s mercy, blessings and forgiveness.

The blessings of Qurbani

Give your Qurbani, and continue the blessed legacy of the Messenger (ﷺ). It’s a unique act of mercy from Allah, an opportunity for devotion that is given only at this time of year, allowing us to share the blessings of Eid with others in the ummah while seeking Allah’s blessings.

For many, the Qurbani sacrifice is considered a duty for all adult Muslims who qualify for Zakat, but it’s certainly encouraged and greatly rewarded for all who are able to give, with every single hair on the sacrificed animal providing blessings to those who give.

Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you. (Quran 22:37)
