Hot Meals for Homeless Canadians
Every night, an estimated 60,000 Canadians experience homelessness. This crisis is growing, with rates soaring from 14% in 2018 to 28% in 2024.
This winter, Human Appeal Canada, in partnership with the ASK Foundation, is stepping up to deliver warmth, dignity, and hope.
Our Goal is to assemble and deliver 300 hot meals every weekend to those experiencing homelessness.
Where: Across Montreal, Ottawa, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
How: Hot meals are distributed directly to shelters and through street distributions, supported by local masjids, community partners, and dedicated volunteers.
A single hot meal is more than food, it is a moment of comfort, a reminder of humanity, and a spark of hope.
