Emergency Healthcare Where Gaza Needs It Most
94% of Gaza's hospitals have been damaged or destroyed. With fixed medical facilities out of reach, our mobile clinic moves directly into displacement camps each week to bring doctors, basic healthcare, and vital medicine to families in need. Zakat Eligible.
Millions Displaced Without Access to a Doctor
According to the World Health Organization, at least 94% of all hospitals in Gaza have been damaged or destroyed. Of Gaza's 36 hospitals, only 19 remain partially operational, offering just 2,000 beds for a population exceeding 2 million people.
With over 70,000 deaths, more than 170,000 people injured, and 90% of the population displaced into shelters, families often have no access to a doctor or clinic. In this environment, a mobile medical unit is not merely a convenience; it is the only healthcare most families will receive.
Treatment That Moves to the People
Human Appeal Canada's mobile clinic delivers care where fixed facilities no longer exist. Our team travels to a different UN school shelter every week, sets up in the displacement camp, and opens its doors to families who haven't seen a doctor in months.
During each operational day, a qualified physician treats approximately 70 patients, including:
Every patient receives a full medical consultation and essential pharmaceuticals—including antibiotics and pain relief—that are nearly impossible to find in Gaza right now. One clinic day. 70 patients were treated. Critical care delivered before manageable illnesses become fatal.
Keep the Mobile Clinic Moving
It costs approximately $1,650 to run the mobile clinic for a full operational day. This covers the doctor's wage, essential medications, fuel, and medical equipment needed to treat 70 patients in a shelter camp.
When the clinic cannot run, those 70 patients go without care.
This is an open fund, and every contribution directly supports Human Appeal Canada's emergency medical response in Gaza. You can make a one-time contribution or set up a recurring monthly donation to keep the clinic visiting shelters week after week.
Human Appeal is committed to providing aid in the country or program that you select. In the event we complete the program, exceed the required funds, or are denied access to a particular country for reasons beyond our control, Human Appeal reserves the right to reallocate your donation to another program where it is needed most.
