$10 – Provide a hot meal to one fasting person.

$100 - Provide a hot iftar meal to 10 people facing hunger and famine.

Our hot meals include, depending on the country, rice with legumes or meat (chicken or beef), cooked vegetables, bread, as well as dates, yogurt, traditional soups, or juices and water, according to local customs and available products. Each meal is designed to provide families with the energy and essential nutrients they need after a day of fasting.
