1. Sponsor

This contest (“The Comedy Tour Giveaway”) is organized by Human Appeal Canada (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Human Appeal Canada and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must: - Scan the official contest QR code displayed at the Comedy Tour event. - Complete the entry form with their name, phone number, postal code, and email address. - Follow @humanappealca on Instagram.

Only one entry per person per location is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

Each tour location will have one (1) winner who will receive a Gift Hamper. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative.

5. Contest Period

The contest opens at the start of each Comedy Tour event and closes prior to the end of that show.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced live at the end of the show. Winners must be present to claim their prize. If the selected winner is not present, an alternate entrant may be chosen immediately.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to Human Appeal Canada collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering this contest and communicating updates about Human Appeal’s programs and events. Personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties.

8. General Conditions

Human Appeal Canada reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time. Entry implies acceptance of these official rules and decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

Human Appeal Canada is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or for technical or printing errors.
