This year, as we prepared for Eid al-Adha, our focus was entirely on providing critical relief where it mattered most. You answered that call with overwhelming compassion.

Through your trust and support, Human Appeal was able to breach the barriers of crisis and deliver essential emergency relief directly to families facing unimaginable hardship. We want to share exactly what your kindness achieved on the ground during our Eid Al-Adha Gaza Emergency interventions.

Here is a breakdown of the dignity, relief, and joy you brought to the Gaza Strip this season.

Food Security: Dignity on the Plate

In an area where fresh nutrition has become an agonizing scarcity, your donations provided a critical lifeline. Instead of abstract numbers, here is the concrete food aid that safely reached vulnerable communities:

• 10,000 KG of Frozen Meat: This vital protein source was successfully distributed to 5,000 vulnerable households across the Gaza Strip, working closely alongside local partners and dedicated distribution points.
• 125,000 Hot Meals: Our ground teams prepared and distributed cooked meals across the Gaza Strip spanning the Day of Arafah and the four consecutive days of Eid, ensuring families had regular nourishment during the sacred days.

Restoring the Childhood Spirit: Joy Amidst Crisis

Eid is supposed to be a sanctuary of childhood memories. While we cannot erase the trauma the youngest souls in Gaza have endured, your support allowed our teams to carve out spaces of pure, unadulterated joy for them.

• 3 Community Eid Parties: We conducted three dedicated Eid celebrations targeting 1,500 children, giving them a rare opportunity to laugh, play, and just be kids again.
• 1,500 Valuable Gifts: To bring genuine smiles and warmth to their Eid mornings, 1,500 individual gifts were carefully distributed to every child attending.
• Support for the Most Vulnerable: Beyond the wider community celebrations, 35 orphan families received direct, tailored value vouchers to help support their unique and immediate Eid needs with complete autonomy.

More Than Charity—A Message of Solidarity

It is easy to get lost in metrics, but behind every unit of meat, every hot plate, and every toy distributed is a real person. A mother who did not have to worry about what her children would eat on Eid morning. A child who, for a few hours, felt remembered by a community thousands of kilometres away.

These critical humanitarian interventions were only achievable because of two things: the unwavering generosity of our donors and the absolute dedication of our teams on the ground.

You did not just give charity this Dhul Hijjah; you preserved a beautiful tradition of communal mercy and reminded our global Ummah that they do not stand alone.
