1. Sponsor

The Turkiye Retreat 2026 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Human Appeal Canada (the “Sponsor”).

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to Canadian Citizens who:

· Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

· Reside in Canada; and

· Are not employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors of the Sponsor or its affiliates, or members of their immediate family or household.

This Contest is void in Quebec.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on the date it is publicly announced and closes on February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET).

Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.

Participants must follow the official entry instructions provided by Human Appeal Canada.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Automated, bulk, fraudulent or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) all-inclusive trip for two (2) to Turkey, including round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations.

The Prize:

· Has no cash value

· Is non-transferable

· Cannot be substituted or exchanged

Important: The Sponsor is not responsible for obtaining, verifying, or guaranteeing passports, visas, travel authorizations, travel insurance, or any other required travel documentation.

The winner and guest must independently secure and maintain all valid travel documents at their own expense.

Failure to meet travel requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. All costs not expressly stated as included in the prize, including but not limited to passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, ground transportation, meals, taxes, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on February 27, 2026.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

The selected entrant will be notified by email or direct message at the Sponsor’s sole discretion within five (5) business days of the draw.

If the selected entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Human Appeal Canada’s Privacy Policy.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Human Appeal Canada, Instagram/Meta, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel-related risks.

10. Sponsor Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, security issues, travel restrictions, government actions, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, subject to applicable law.

11. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and province of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
