The Umrah 2026 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Human Appeal Canada, in partnership with Amax Travel.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Eligibility

This Contest is open only to Canadian citizens who:

· Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

· Reside in Canada; and

· Are not employees, officers, directors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor or Amax Travel.

This contest is void in Quebec.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on the date of public announcement and closes on February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET).

How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

Participants must follow the official entry instructions provided by Human Appeal Canada.

Entries that do not comply with the rules are void.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Umrah trip for two (2) including:

· Round-trip flights

· Hotel accommodations

· Breakfast in Makkah and Madinah

The prize:

· Has no cash value

· Is non-transferable

· Cannot be exchanged or substituted

Important: The Sponsor and Amax Travel are not responsible for obtaining, verifying, or guaranteeing visas, passports, or any other required travel documents. The winner and guest must independently secure and maintain all valid travel documentation.

Failure to meet travel requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. All costs not expressly stated as included in the prize, including but not limited to visas, passports, travel insurance, vaccinations, ground transportation, meals (other than those specified), taxes, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the winner.

The selected entrant will be notified by email or direct message at the Sponsor’s sole discretion within five (5) business days of the draw. If the selected entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Human Appeal Canada, Amax Travel, Instagram/Meta, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury or damage arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel-related risks.

Sponsor Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, subject to applicable law.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and province of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
